Tracy -
We orient the muscle biopsy on a small piece of cork, snap freeze
in isopentane chilled in liquid NO2, and transfer to a sterile
container which has been blasted inside with a bit of histofreeze
spray. We then run this (often literally) to our -70 freezer.
