The Vysis system and protocol is good , so is the instrument you mention, but 
if you are thinking of ISH for Her2 Zymeds method is shorter, more forgiving, 
and can be done with simple ovens and water baths you most likely have, on 
top of that they have a chromogenic system that can be done so you don't need 
to purchase expensive scopes or filters. They also carry Kreatech kits for 
ish for other markers which are quite easy to use and relatively in-expensive.
