Taffy,
Hi! I am not sure to what extent DAKO is doing in-house training (they
host a few seminars on this subject in my area), but they have an excellent
handbook for IHC which puts things into really simple terms and simple
explanations. It describes different staining techniques, discusses controls
and fixation, and the basics of how IHC works. I am not sure if this book
can be ordered directly from DAKO as I don't see an order number on it
anywhere (my DAKO rep. gave me mine). Maybe you could contact DAKO
(1-800-235-5763) and they could tell you. I hope this helps!
