There should be no reason to use the freezing spray if the tech uses a
ice tray and adds water to it to help with the cutting process.  The
spray is not good to use or breath.  Formalin does not kill all of the
bio hazards in histology, she could be spreading something around by
using that spray.  We do not use it at our lab, especially on the frozens
because of the danger of working with a case with TB.
