Michelle,
What are you embedding in paraffin? What is your fixation and processing
schedule? How large are the embryos?

Hi all,
I was wondering what type of fixative people are using for zebrafish
embryos, especially for whole mount in situ hybridisation? I have been
using 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS and am getting a lot of wrinkly embryos.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Michelle
