Dear Tamara and other interested Histonetters,

In our most recent newsletter (Spring 2000 Vectagram), we have shown on
the front page, mouse kidney tissue sections stained using a mouse
anti-smooth muscle actin primary antibody (cat. no. NCL-SMA from
Novocastra Labs). The background-free section with specific staining for
alpha smooth muscle actin was achieved using our Vector Mouse on Mouse
(M.O.M.) Immunodetection kit. This M.O.M. kit is designed specifically
for applications involving the detection of mouse primary antibodies on
mouse tissue sections. The instructions for the M.O.M. kits we offer can
be found on our website (www.vectorlabs.com) under "Protocols." Please
let us know if you are interested in receiving a copy of the newsletter
and/or an electronic version of these above mentioned photomicrographs.

Sincerely,

__________
