Hi Carol,
I have stained FFPE tissue using Cox-2 with good results.  I used Oxford's
at 1:500 with Dako's target retrievel solution 20min. and Dako's LSAB2
detection system. Incubated the primary 1.5hr at room temp.  Can fax you the
complete protocol if you'd like.
