We had been using Dako's CD5 and just switched to Cell Marque's prediluted.
It works wonderfully and is very clean. We use a steamer for HIER and
Dako's High pH target retrieval solution for 20 min and then 20 min cool
down. The incubation is 30 min. As I said, we have had beautiful results
on the Dako autostainer.
