Hi Amos,

We use Novocastra's (Vector Labs) CD10, clone 56C6 at 1:10. Our staining
procedure is on a Ventana immunostainer with their DAB detection system. We
pretreat with HIER: 20" 1mM EDTA, pH 8 in a 93 degree waterbath or 2" EDTA
in the Biocare Decloaking Chamber. We amplify the signal utilizing
Ventana's Amplification kit after the primary; this can be simulated
manually by applying RxM IgG followed by MxR IgG. Your secondary would need
to recognize both rabbit and mouse.

Hope this is of some benefit.
