One of our pathologists went to a GI conference in Mass. last week. She
came back with a request for a stain we have not done before: High iron
diamine for sulfated mucins
I know it is in Sheehan's HISTOTECHNOLOGY (pg 175).
My question is: Does anyone use this routinely? That is the impression
I am getting from her conversation with me.
Thank you very much.
