I am sending this out to the histonet via my technician, John Baker
My name is Chetan Patel and I am an Orthopaedic surgery resident at the
University of Michigan Hospital. I am attempting to characterize the
distribution of nerve fibers within the human navicular bone(foot). I
would like to use immunohistochemistry utilizing antibody against
alpha-acetylated tubulin to demonstrate these nerve fibers. If anyone has
any experience with this technique or established protocols, I would
appreciate any guidance that you could provide. Thanks.
