We use Novocastra's (distributed through Vector Labs here in the U.S.) CD10 mAb at a dilution of 1:20 for 30' or 1:100 overnight with DAKO's EnVision+ detection and DAB+.  DAKO's "High pH" target retrieval solution is used for HIER (40' in a 96 degree waterbath).  B5-fixed tissues generally show stronger immunoreactivity than those fixed in formalin.
