Hello all,
Does anyone have any experience in immunohistochemical staining for
p21 and p53 in formalin fixed human tissue? I'd like to know if, and
to what extent, microwave antigen retrieval can lead to unreliable
results. ie false positives. Can anyone suggest an example of an
appropriate negative control human tissue to run along side my test
sections? I'm already using an isotype control for the antibody.
Thanks,
Liz.
