I have missed the last discussions regarding floating mesh cassettes. We
are having problems with the occasional biopsy stuck in the air bubble.
We wet the mesh screens prior to placing biopsies in the cassette so
that reagents flow evenly but there are still problems. Any
suggestions?
  Also, are there any published documents regarding using cryospray on
paraffin blocks...adverse effects etc.
