Have been refreshing my knowledge about antigen retrieval, and would be
interested in colleagues opinions about "over-retrieval" with excessive,
poorly controlled microwaving, and indeed using a microwave that isn't
calibrated. I remember Dr Rod Miller saying that "with care or lack of
it" you could literally get anything to 'stain'.
