I would hope that some of you who have comments, especially negative,  would
write a letter to the editor of the JOH.  Especially you Dick - your comments
were very valid - but unfortunately few of the people who receive the JOH are
on the histonet.  Please consider writing a letter to the editor so all who
read the article can share in all of the wise comments.
