HI, Marsha.
We use a Black and Decker steamer (20 Min) for all of our antibodies
except for ER and PR. For these we have gone to a water bath at 80
degrees for 1.5 -2 hrs. because of tissue adhesion issues. Our breast
tissues just love to fall off!
