Amy,
I have had the Dako stainer for almost one year. Sometimes we run the
machine three times a day. Mechanically, it has not broken down. The
staining in nice. Like anything new, it takes awhile to get used to setting
it up. The technical service from Dako has been great. From stupid items
like not having the monitor "on" to restoring the hard drive (things like
this happens from time to time). The couple of cons: it does use a lot of
buffer which causes a lot of waste. Over all, I would do it again. I do not
have any experience with the Ventana machine, nor the Biogenex stainer.
Hope this helps.
