I said I would provide the reference # for the Medicare Billing I wrote
about over the weekend.  Further, I said I would send it out on
Monday...Even further, I lied :)  Here it is Tuesday, 4;30pm and I'm just
getting around to it. :(  Think I had too many billing problems to figure
out the past two days...yes that's it, thats why I'm delayed :)

Ahh, sweet December 31st is just around the corner...(retirement date)
