I am trying to get an informal survey of labs within the continental U.S.
on approx. how long is the average time needed to fill  a FT HT or HTL
position within a laboratory. 

The reason I am trying to obtain this information is I am trying to work
with (fight with) administration to upgrade salaries for our current
techs.

If you can include your institution, bed #, size and type of service area
(i.e. St Frances Cabrini Hospital, 350 beds, serving a large southern,
