Hello,
Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, etc on trying to localize glycogen
phosphorylase activity by using IHC methods? All of my initial runs have a
great deal of background. Avidin-biotin blocks, serum blocks have all been
used. Does anyone know of an enzyme histochemical method for the
identification of glycogen phosphorylase?
