We also use Mrs. Stewarts,  sometimes a challenge to find in the local grocery
store.  Mainly we use it on excised breast masses to mark all margins, and small
lesions.  Works great and have been using it for many years.  We also use a
commercial dye kit for margins on large skin lesions and any risky case.
