dear All,
Does anyone have any experience using Evans Blue in confocal microscopy.
We would particularly like to know what diluent , fixative and mountant
you would use with cytospins. Also what concentration is Evans Blue used
at.
Are there any alternatives recommended for use as a counterstain with
GFP labelled mycobacterium.
Thanks,
Sue Hacker.
