Dear Users,

I would like to ask you for your opinion and advice. I know that Dako produces a
Catalyzed Signal Amplification System which supposes to be used with mouse
monoclonal antibodies and formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissues. I would
like such system (based on biotinyl tyramide) for frozen sections. Has anyone an
experience with Dako's or other (can be also from other company) amplification
system on frozen, acetone fixed tissues?

With wishes "Happy Easter",
Grazyna
