Senior Scientist Position in Pathology at Pfizer, Inc., Groton, CT

Duties:  Identify, validate and implement technological advancements
which
improve histotechnology through-put, resulting in  increased
productivity in
the histopathology laboratory.  This will allow earlier characterization
of
new leads and decreased late-stage attrition.  Additionally, you will
provide technical support for confocal microscopy, immunohistochemistry,
or
in-situ hybridization.

Qualifications:  BS degree or equivalent required, MS or Ph.D.
desirable.
Five years experience beyond BS or MS with demonstrated ability to apply
new
technologies desired.  Leadership, excellent verbal and written
communication skills.  Ability to work in a team environment and
translate
creative ideas into useful practices.  Leadership in a team environment.
