		Hi everyone,

The hospital I work for has informed us that they want the institution to be
mercury free. So in doing so, they want us to get rid of our B-5 fixative..
We have ordered a subsitute for B-5 called Z-5.
My questions are : 1. How does it compare to B-5?
							2. How does it effect IHC staining?
When we use B-5 we either fix or Post fix for two hours?
Would it be the same for Z-5?
Does anyone have a procedure for using Z-5 . Thank you in advance.
