Tenascin can be demonstrated in 10% NBF fixed tissue with a 1/100 to 1/200
dilution (Tris) of antibody (Dako MO636) and detected with a peroxidase
labeled streptavidin/ biotin system. I used the Dako LSAB+ with DAB as the
chromagen (REF: Nephrology 1995;1,291-295). I also included a 2 min
proteinase K prior to immunolabeling. Hope this helps. Ian Birchall.
