We use 1 minute in Pen-Fix
rinse in tap water
30 secs in Hematoxilyn
rinse in tap water X2
blue in ammonia water 7 dips
12 dips in tap water
12 dips in 95% ROH
3 dips in Eosin
12 dips in following:
95% X 2
100% X 3
clearing medium X 3
That's it.
