Hi,
We use a microwaveable pressure cooker from NordicWare, and have been
very happy with it. Probably the easiest way to get it is to log onto
their web site (www.nordicware.com). I would also recommend ordering a
spare gasket and weight at the same time because if one of those small
parts gets lost or damaged, the whole thing is kaput. The total bill
should be around $40.
