Jamie,
We have had good luck with a microwave model from Nordicware in Mpls, MN. It's pretty cheap (under $100) I think around $30. We use it for all ER/PR and lymphoma markers. Our CK-903 needs 30 minutes but all the rest need 20. You'll need to play with your microwave a bit. It comes down to 5 min with the
pressure button up or 15 min for the longer procedure.
good luck,
Jennifer

I have tried Enzymes and microwaving on these samples my last hope is a pressure cooker. Should I get a microwavable one or not.
