Yes Sigma did have a reprint done, I do not know whether they still
have any. You may be interested to know that o. One frequent
contributer to HistoNet - John Kiernan - and one infrequent (me) are
hard at work preparing a new edition. Stay tuned, but dont hold your
breath.
