Ian,
We routinely use SMA (Dako M0851) at 1:1000 (30 min RT) on both human and
rat tissue - beautiful signal, very clean.
For mice we use Dako's SMA-EPOS (U7033) (1 hr RT) anywhere from neat to 1:12
depending on the tissue. SMA-EPOS is HRP conjugated - right into Dab after
the primary! Another benefit is that we don't need to do any additional
blocking steps (except H2O2). Hope this helps.
