hi Jamie, the microwave pressure cooker gives us the strongest staining.
Much better than an autoclave/pressure cooker. The reason is believed to be
the synergistic effect of microwave energy as well as the
heating/temperature effect.
Good luck

Subject: Pressure cooker?
Hello all,
I'm trying to get a few antibodies to work in paraffin sections
and the protocol requires a Pressure cooker, can someone recommend a model
and where to get it? I have tried Enzymes and microwaving on these samples
my last hope is a pressure cooker. Should I get a microwavable one or not.
Thanks
