Billie,
Are you asking about the general tissue control bank or the IHC control
bank? I believe Susan Meleon ?sp is in charge of the tissue control bank
and the IHC Resource Group which I chair has an IHC tissue and reagent bank
for use by our committee members.

Patsy,
Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question, but I have one of my
own.
Do you know who is in charge of the control bank for NSH? Any
information
that you could give me is appreciated. Thanks,
Billie Smith

I have been having trouble with non-specific background staining and
have
gone to putting acetylated BSA in my wash buffer, which helps. My
question
is: is there any reason not to also put the TWEEN in the wash buffer,
it
seems that I read something a while back suggesting that they should not
be
used together??????
