TBS (Triangle Biomedical Sciences), 2604-G Carver Street, Durham, NC 27705,
Phone 919-477-9283. The labellers have the brand name Shur/Mark.  We use
both their cassette labler and slide labeler.  Both are great.  We found
though that the cassette labeler works best with their cassettes and that
the slide labeler requires that we use their slides (or buy them through
another vendor who in turn orders them through Erie; the slides require the
white label but a black background on the opposite side).
