Hi all,
Here's an interesting problem. I used Pharmingens Gr-1 rat anti
mouse antibody to stain Neutrophils and granulocyte, some monocytes as
well. The staining worked on formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections with
Typsin digestion 15 minutes at 37 degrees C. Along with good positive Gr-1
cell in mouse spleen I get very positive Red blood cells staining was well.
No Biotin blocking was done, but the isotype control had no RBC staining.
An Ideas of how to block this non-specific staining.

Also An Idea where I can find an mouse antibody to Major basic protein (MBP) ?

Thanks in Advance

Jamie Erickson
