I am having a frustrating time trying to duplicate HPV6 AND 11 immunostaining on tissue fixed for 1.5 months in formalin. It did work once! Any suggestions would be very welcome! We have tried microwaving, trypsin, prot. k and prot. VIII. Thanks in advance!!!
