Hi histoneters,
I'm looking for immunohistochemistry staining of cell cycle proteins (p27
mab Neomarkers, p21 mab Neomarkers, p57 SantaCruz) in rodent retina. I test
both in paraffin and cryoslices and I develop with the DAB  reaction. As
positive control I use colon of the same animal. However, I'm not very
successful.
Has anyone experience with the above named antibodies?
I NEED HELP!!!

I know it was discussed very recently, but I didn't pay attention. Now,
