Hi Histonetters
I have 2 queries
Firstly, has anyone made up the biotinyl Tyramide (home made recipe)
for amplification of IHC. I have followed the recipe to detail
Ref;J Path, vol.183:237-241(1997). As this makes up quite a bit of
solution, I need to know if the biotinyl Tyramide will keep at 4'C or
does one have to freeze it. what does one do with the stock solution
? Keep it in the fridge/freezer? How stable is this solution?
The kit from Dako is rather expensive, so go figure!!
If anyone has a better protocol, please be so kind as to share it
wiff me. Thanks.
Secondly, I am looking for an antibody called ALK-1 :Anaplastic
Lymphoma Kinase-1. I have looked in the Linscott dictionary and
nothing doing. Any info is welcome.
Thanks.
