Hi,

Endothelial cells in frozen sections of aorta that I cut have a tendency to
peel off. This makes it difficult to evaluate Factor VIII staining.

There is OCT in the lumen of the vessel.

Would appreciate any suggestions which will help to preserve the tunica
intima.

Thanks,
