Yes, we continue to use antibodies that have expired and we, too, receive a Phase I deficiency whenever we have a CAP inspection.  We document with each run that the antibody continues to give the expected result.  I am not about to throw away thousands of dollars of valuable reagents that still work.  However, this situation is rapidly changing now that we are using automation and lower primary antibody dilutions.
