[Histonet] Antigenecity lost with decalcification

From:=?iso-8859-1?Q?Marti_Gaudes=2C_Merc=E8?=

Hello.

We've done some fluorescent IHC against GFP, but they didn't work.

We believe that the GFP antigen(s) are lost during the decalcification process (92% EtOH 70% + 8% Nitric acid for 2 days) but, for example, anti-phospho-Histone3 is working fine.

Do you know any decalcification protocol that doesn't interfere with the antigenicity?

Thank you!
