I would strongly suggest that you use tissue of the type you are going
to study.
I would agree that a generic tissue with epithelium, connective tissue
and muscle is good for many things.
There are however a lot of differences in the inherent staining of
different organ, liver cells in general for example will have a more
basophilic cytoplasm than many other epithelial cells.
Additionally, many pathologists will have individual preferences for
intensity of eosin staining and if the slide is to be photographed.
