Hi all, 
I have a surgeon requesting testing for exon 9 and 11 mutation analysis of a metastatic tumor suspected of GIST origin.  I know that the CD-117 antibody targets that "area"(exon 9,11,13,17) , but I need to have the tissue tested for specific exon mutations. 
Does anyone know of a lab that does this testing.  I've become exasperated searching the internet.
I appreciate any suggestions!
