Hi Theresa. We use the Novocastro antibody at 1:100 with a heat citrate
pretreatment, and Env+ detection done on the Dako Autostainer. For this
antibody our pretreatment is done in a microwave pressure cooker, perhaps
that is why our titer is more dilute than some others have reported. It is a
nice antibody, but not cheap.
