I use Jackson's secondary-biotinylated antibodies with Vector ABC. In mouse kidney samples the Jackson mouse pre-adsorbed donkey antirabbit detected rabbit primary without crossreacting with deposited mouse IgG, whereas Vector goat anti-rabbit did cross-react.
