Hi Yan,

I have had success with the Phospho-p44/42 Map Kinase antibody from
Cell Signaling Technology-www.cellsignal.com. It stains both Erk1 and
Erk2. Order # is 9101
I use it at 1:50 dilution for 1 hour. For antigen retrieval, use pH 10
buffer.
