    We use a CD2 clone MT910 on formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE)
tissue. It is a bit tricky. We use a long heat retrieval with 10mM citrate,
pH6.0. We microwave pressure cook with this antibody, having the slides
under pressure for 15 minutes. Also, the antibody requires a tyramide
amplification detection system for FFPE. We use the CSAII from
Dakocytomation.
