	We recently had the same problem and solved it using the SIGMA Meth
Silver Kit but used Chromic Acid instead of periodic acid. (We microwave the
meth-silver step) Delicate, clear, reliable staining with zero back ground.

karen, in our lab we have found that we have to over stain the gms to get
