Cornfield cells can come from a variety of places, including the initial
slide labeling.  Also, they sometimes fall from your hair onto a slide.
Even simply picking up a previously cut slide can sometimes leave
cornfield cells.

I have never worn gloves and I have never had a pathologist complain of
